Le Mistral Cafe & Brasserie on Place de Chatelet

As they said that one of the most enjoyable aspects of eating in Paris is the diversity of places to eat. Cafe is one thing that you can't miss in Paris since it open early in the morning serving drinks and food all day long.

First cafe we selected was 'Le Mistral'. This was the popular place (Bar, Brasserie, and Salon de The -- 3 in 1 place) where we could enjoy a short menu of salads, sandwiches, and eggs menu type including drinks.

One typical French food that must had was 'Croque Monsieur' which is basically a ham and Gruyere cheese toasted sandwich. But I ordered 'Croque Madame' which is a simply of adding a fried egg to the top of any Croque Monsieur. It was huge and so tasty !!!

Pamentier Omelette was the second dish to be ordered -- it's a simple potatoes omlette but charming with the taste ... Egg was still partly liquid even outside was dry & crispy while potato was so naturally sweet.

If you notice, salad was served as the accompany with all dishes -- It's just a green crispy salad with vinegar, olive oil, and a dash of grainy mustard. But Salad is a must for French Dietary !!!
