Markt is a classic Belgian brasserie in Chelsea District of New York. It's decorated with antique bar and furniture.Since it is a Belgian Style Restaurant, they offered 29 assorted beer which will serve Belgian-Style unique glass or chalice.
What I like most is the way they put foods in i.e., Bread in Tin Utensil inside contains clothes to keep warm and butter. Not only look but the Baguette has strong aroma with crispy and soft combination in one ...
We went there during lunch time. Here were what we ordered :
1) Baguette au poulet – Broodje met Gebakken kip (Grilled chicken breast with roasted tomatoes and basil mayonnaise on a baguette) which was served with fresh mixed salad (below left)
2) Carbonades flamandes – Stoofvlees op Vlaamse wijze (Belgian beef stew prepared with Leffe Brown beer, served with Belgian frites) (below right)
3) Croque Madame (Toasted Paris ham and cheese;topped with a fried egg )
Wow ... Wow this Markt !!!
