Chocolate Shoppe ice-cream was founded in 1962. They began with 19 flavors of their homemade super-premium ice cream with Wisconsin Goodness. The thought was that they could make their candies and a bit of ice cream to be content. It was famous in Madison area and now outside stage & region of Wisconsin (both own shop & selling through other restaurants)
