Irish Pub in Madison

BROCASH PUB is in the hart of downtown Madison (on Capital Square). Of cause, we can find great imported beer, including the best pint of Guinness west of Galway, unusual Irish and Scotch whiskeys and regular Irish music sessions.

However, Brocash also served brunch, lunch, and dinner. We have tried their French Fries during our night-time. At first, we expected only normal french fries in plate to eat with our drink. This was they served us that night ...

It's called "LOUNGE FRIES" -- Platter of fries topped with diced tomato, green onion, bacon, cheddar and monterey jack cheeses. Served with a side of ranch dressing and barbeque sauce.
This's such a huge size of Fries I've ever had ... Even it's so delicious, we could not eat it all (even we're 5 on that night) !!! So embarazzing since the fries was so golden crispy outside but soften inside, bacon was so crispy, cheese was just right melted. I liked both dressing (dipped one at a time) ...
This is a comparison of BROCACH IRISH PUB during night time & day time.
