Noodle Shop at Temple Street

Yes, talking about Temple Street, there are lots of food to try ... However, I found this noodle shop with a bright light box (yellow background with red Chinese and English Font) called Beef Brisket Noodle Soup ... Sorry that I could not catch the name in Chinese ...

What I like about this shop was that the whole shop covered with picture of dishes available from wall to wall including column in the shop !!! Therefore, customers have no need to ask for menu since they can see the pictures ...

Items available are all noodles (fish ball, fish dumpling, beef, pork with all kinds of noodles type) from Chinese Version and Vietnamese Version ... What we ordered were : Chiu Chow Fish Cake Noodle (below middle) and Chiu Chow Fish Dumpling Noodle Soup (below right)

Actually, noodles can be selected among Rice Vermicelli, Thin Rice Noodle, Egg Noodle, Flat Rice Noodle. The soup was clear (even it seem to be oily, but I did not feel oily as it looked)

We also ordered Vegetable in Soya Sauce (another Hai-Nan) but this place cooked in different way since they use broth and soya instead of pure oyster sauce ...

The service is clean and quick since all chopstick and plastic spoon were packed in plastic bag with tissue paper (one time use -- throw away) and what I like most were there was a camera and TV screen shooting from all ankle of the shop (to observe customer request including run away, I think) -- see the top middle picture.

Even the shop called beef brisket noodle shop, the soup were different for fish noodle ... Look at below pictures from menu comparing 3 types of noodle dishes ... Fish, Beef, Vietnamese ...
