In fact this is a Luxe Manor Hotel ... a trendy designed hotel in Hong Kong full with colorful and splendid European architecture ... The hotel design concept (as it claims) features a surreal concept and design: a modern reinterpretation of a European mansion featuring mythical characters within its architecture and design elements which recall the works of the twentieth century surrealists.
Aspasia is the Italian Restaurant located in this Luxe Manor Hotel ... I had once mentioned about Italian Lunch here (see : Gourmet Feast at Aspasia Restaurant) however, this time I will show you about Breakfast !!!Another Breakfast Type in Hong Kong -- Western Style Breakfast Buffet HK$140 per person ++ ... consists of eggs, salmon (very good), sausages & ham & cold cuts, cereal, bread & bun (freshly made), pastry & muffin (also freshly made), fruit & yoghurt, drinks & fruit juice
It's all you can eat ... Food Quality was great especially Smoked Salmon and Grilled Italian Vegetable. Now talking about Croissant which I heard that it's great ... It was so funny that I found out that croissant texture was like bread (no layers at all) -- see picture below.
While other pastries have layers and aroma like croissant !!! Strange but Amazing Yummy indeed ... By the way, muffin was made freshly with fresh berries ... also another interesting item !!!
