Tokyo : Standing Sushi

Another fun with Japanese Fast Food was Standing Sushi. I went in just to this funny experience which was not traditional sushi shop like in on.

Customer had to standing on the counter where the sushi chef stood inside. There were a specific space for each customer -- each must stand opposite the yellow sticker on counter.

How to order? Just said to the chef -- There wree menu (of course, in Japanese) therefore I had to ordered from what my sushi knowledge allowed !!! Thanks to TV Drama & Manga ofvShota no sushi (by Daisuke Terasawa) ... We also ordered hot green tea & miso soup (miso = a traditional Japanese food produced by fermenting rice, barley, and/or soybeans, and salt.

Sushi were served on bamboo leaf. On the table, there were also pickled ginger, soysauce, dipper blow, and chopstick which allowed customer to help ourselves.

Sushi Chef was the one who also ticked whatever we ordered on paper form. Then when we finished -- just came to counter for payment.

From what I noticed, Most Japanese came in to order few pieces and went out whcih took them only less than 10 mins ... This is a really Japanese Fast Food !!!
